Paul, I had a quick look at Steve's Customer Development slides and there certainly seems to be a fair bit of overlap but I'm not otherwise familiar with it so I don't know how much non-overlap there is. :)

Kristyn, yes, I can understand that. As an out-of-towner, I certainly would have preferred to be in Boston proper but there's something to be said for great service, particularly over a long period of time. I can definitely understand why you've carried on booking them in Bedford.

Thanks for the kind words about the Hilton Doubletree in Bedford. While I often vacillate on whether to book our seminars in downtown Boston or in the burbs, the consistent, top notch service we've received from the Doubletree these last 13 years keeps us coming back. And our attendees say the food is not your typical hotel fare. Glad you enjoyed the seminar.
